Configurable Episode Length

It is now possible to configure the episode length in the roboch.json of the submission system. To do so, add a key episode_length with the number of steps as value, e.g.:

"episode_length": 20000,

One step corresponds to roughly 1 ms.

There is an upper limit of 300000 steps (~5 min). If no episode length is specified there, the old value (120000 steps) is used by default.

This setting does not affect the episode_length attribute of the Python module trifinger_simulation.tasks.move_cube, which is currently hard-coded to 120000. So when changing the episode length, do not rely on this value anymore!
